We are a young married couple who love to spend time with friends, go to the movies, and go camping. In 2022, we decided to buy a small piece of land in upstate New York with the intention of building an high-end short-term rental property on it.
After looking at a LOT of designs online, we opted for an high-end design of a cute tiny house designed by Den Outdoors. The design features a wooden black exterior which is meant to blend with the environment, a L-shaped deck, and a clean look.
We now manage this property together, and we work hard to make every stay magical.

When booking directly with us, we follow the following cancellation policy:
We offer early check-in at 1:00 PM and late check-out at 1:00 PM for an additional fee.
If you’re interested, feel free to contact us after booking to request early check-in or late check-out.

Please note that due to our cleaning schedule, early check-in is only available if no guest is checking out that day, and late check-out is only available if no guest is arriving that day.

We confirm early check-in or late check-out requests within 24 hours of your scheduled arrival, based on availability. If we’re unable to accommodate your request, the additional fee will be fully refunded at check-in.
Unfortunately, we currently do not accept any pet at The Tiny House.
When booking directly with us, we charge a fully refundable deposit of $300 to cover potential damages during your stay.

If no damages are found, the deposit will be refunded in full once our cleaning crew has completed their inspection. Refunds are usually issued within 24–48 hours after you check out.

If we find any damage, we’ll contact you with details and proof of what was discovered. We strongly recommend doing a quick walkthrough of the property when checking in, and reporting anything broken or not working to avoid any issues.

In general, the house is remote enough from the city for stargazing!
But if you don’t mind driving, there are other cool spots nearby like the observatory deck “Five State Lookout” (16 mins drive), or the “Overlook Fire Tower” in Woodstock (28 mins drive).
